I'm now reading the Odyssey! It's a really fun read, I enjoy it a great deal. Which is good because I have to finish it in one week.So I illustrated it! I don't know if this actually ever happens (actually no it never would, Athena doesn't really ever show up in her real form) but that goddess sure did love Odysseus. So here is picture, colored in classic Greek pottery style, of Athena giving strength to her favorite Ithacan.
I doodled this in pencil during class and then did all the coloring in photoshop. The cracky texture is from and the "Greek Key" texture on the side is from
It was fun to try and emulate classic greek style but with my own spin c:

I honestly thought that this was an actual BC Calyx or Bell-crater because of the color and texture.
This is wonderful, and I see absolutely no flaws in the design.
