OVER-1-9, plus OVER-R and OVER-B in 8-bit.They all use the same amount of colours as Plantman from Megaman 6 (7), except OVER-6 which uses 8 (still 3 layers though!), and OVER-R (only 5)
OVER-6-9 are too detailed.
EDIT: Fixed OVER-R's "broken arm".
EDIT2: OVER-B now on the sheet too.

When I Hear the name OVER-9, I thought of 2 things,
1) Mighty No. 9
2) OVER NINE THOUSAAAND!

The Megaman at the end kind of of looks like he has a broken arm, it's not prevalent on the others because they look like they have wider torsos but it does stand out a bit on Mega
