Description I modified the MM9 Galaxy Man mugshot because the original bugged me.
Shading white with peach? Then light grey? Shading darker grey with green? Green eyes when he's supposed to have red ones????

Once I finished making a grey version (dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/52… ), I thought it'd be cool if it was all rainbowy like Galaxy Man's in-game sprites.
So this happened.

Funny thing, is that this effect could have been in the actual MM9. Although it didn't really seem that CAPCOM cared about palette limits, this flashing could have still worked.
Since the eyes would now use Magma Man's red palette, that frees up the original game's turquoise palette.
That palette was only used for Galaxy's eyes, and Magma's chest thing, which could just use Tornado's green instead.
Then, said turquoise could just simply be changed to be the colour cycling one you see here.
Although this colour cycling palette has four, not three colours in it. This could be fixed by using an unused colour from another palette.
Jewel Man's pink palette seems to only use two colours, so there.

Still, limits or no limits, have a colourful, on-model MM9 Galaxy Man mugshot.
