Oh, sorry, just an idea:
Can you make the minimize, maximize and close buttons to be just the icons? without the squares, just the - for the minimize, and just the X for the close, understant? I think it would be coolest :3

I agree with golebara...it would be better to stick with a squared look for the taskbar buttons and a simpler start button...now you've heard my $.02 worth. Other than that I love it!

Apart from the taskbar, I like everything else.
The look and feel of the window is square-ish, but you added angled brackets in the taskbar (start button, application list etc).
Personaly, I think that the start button should be simple and generic, without adding the flavour of the Windows logo. It should also save space, giving your applications more room. Often I have many applications open at the same time and having bigger start buttons can be annoying. Minimalistic is always good.
Anyway, just a thought...

Very nice, looks like the "Code name Longhorn" VS that I also like very much. Wish list:

This theme looks perfect! Please, no start orb....the orb is SO overused these days, plus it wouldn't fit in well with this squared theme. Also, please don't mess with the min/max buttons or the scroll bar, despite the suggestions in the comments. This looks perfect AS IS. Can't wait for release! Thanks.
