Irina could see the incredulous looks on the faces of Holly and Anya. She asked them to just hear her out before making any sort of judgement.

She explained that the world was full of men who lorded their power over people. Her father was a prime example. One word from him and some poor, innocent soul, whose only crime was that he didn’t answer the correct way, would either be sent to the worst of the Gulags in Siberia, or would be taken away and executed for not being sufficiently for the motherland.

She stared at Anya when she spoke. Anya knew all too well the obstacles she had to face from her superiors in the KGB. No matter how much better she was than her male counterparts, she would never receive praise or a promotion.

It wasn’t until her first mission, when she encountered two Canadian agents, both males, that she began to feel appreciated. A biological weapons formula was missing, and she retrieved it, killing one of agents, and wounding the other, causing him to retire in disgrace.

Irina gave a cursory glance at Holly. She knew all about Dr Goodhead. Although she was quite brilliant, and her knowledge of Jet Propulsion and Astrophysics were second to none, she was a product of the West’s love of women’s liberation. Private companies and the governments were tripping over themselves to hire and promote females, so Holly never had any trouble or issues with advancement.

Irina further explained that she waited until that moment to let the two women see the effects of her plans, how beautiful and sexy and powerful that women had now become. She could see a subtle acceptance in both the women.

It was then that a figure had come up from the stairs off to the side. She was holding the hands of two men on either side of her. It was James Bond and Jaws.

Holly and Anya were stunned by Bond and Jaws’ appearance. Both looked frail and weak, and James had a look of fear on his face.

Irina mocked Bond, calling him the guest of honor in her new world. James started to say something back to the Russian, until the woman holding his hand gave the gentlest of squeezes, causing him to yell out in intense pain.

Holly and Anya were shocked by what they just witnessed. They knew that they now had that kind of power and strength, and it excited and terrified them at the same time. And they both had the same thoughts running through their minds. Would they be able to find a man to truly love them for who they were? Or would they have to resort to choosing a man, and just taking him against his will? They really didn’t want to think that far ahead.
