Archie had gotten to school early. He went to his assigned locker, placed his things inside, and closed the door. He was startled when the door closed and a face was staring at him. He looked up at her. It was the girl that had moved into the house across the street.

“You’re the little pervert that just stares at me every day, right?”. “I,,I didn’t mean anything by it”, Archie replied weakly.

The girl took his hand and led him into the empty girl’s bathroom. Archie’s heart was starting to beat 1000 times its normal rate out of fear. The girl smiled down at him. “If you are going to ogle me and my tits, the least you can do is tell me your name.” Archie told her. The girl said that her name was Veronica.

The girl took a pack of cigarettes from her pocket, and offered one to Archie. He politely declined. The girl lit one, taking a deep inhale, and an equally deep exhale.

Archie declined the cigarette for two reasons. One was that he didn't smoke. The second was that the cigarettes women smoked were so much more potent than ones men smoked. He recalled a family function, and his uncle, a smoker, told him that he snuck one of his wife’s cigarettes, and it laid him up in bed for about three days. He threw up, and it felt like he was on a boat in the middle of a storm. His wife laughed at him, and he learned his lesson.

As Veronica talked, Archie was intrigued. She had a lewd sense of humor, and she swore like a sailor. But she was very beautiful, with a strong independent streak about her.

Veronica looked at Archie, and thought that he looked like a nerd (which he was). And she knew that she was too much woman for him, plus the wrong kind of woman. She was attracted to bad guys, and the guy standing in front of her was too nice and timid for her. But she thought that it would be cool if he was her friend.

“Do you have a girlfriend?” “Yes”. “What’s her name?” “Betty”. “Do you love her?” “I, um, I do love her “. “Then why are you obsessed with my tints, hon? Does your girlfriend have tits”? “She does”.

Veronica enjoyed the fact that Archie was squirming in front of her. He had a girlfriend, but was trying to hit on her. What a messed up little man.

As Archie started to explain the situation, he sensed another presence in the room. Veronica did as well. They both turned to see who it was.
