It is that time once more, ladies and gentlemen, in 2024, a time when we celebrate a day of love and affection: the feast day of Saint Valentine. However, folks like me are involuntarily forced to celebrate a different, unrecognized day: Singles Awareness Day. A day that underscores the challenges of being in a relationship for some, though the reasons may vary individually. It is a day where it leaves a person with a lonely rain cloud over one's head, but still, in some way, a feast to honor Saint Valentine. In previous status posts, I typed, 'Valentine's Day isn't a holiday I particularly fancy, considering it brings back memories of relationships that went south, that don't last longer than a week, a month, or even a year. So, with this pic, I figured I'd make it where my OC spends Valentine's Day walking in the rain with his umbrella, alone with his thoughts in a cinematic way.
Yes, it appears dismal, but I am certainly not the only one celebrating Singles Awareness Day. I can say that much.
