Wow... I love this picture so much!

I spent more time on the wings than on the entire costume. I'm not even kidding. I did two rough drafts of this picture to make sure that I got the colour combination I wanted and to get some practice colouring around all those tiny little pearls. xD

Instead of the entire outfit, I looked at each part of the Eternal fuku separately and tried to upgrade it. I decided that the general theme of the outfit should be pearls, and that red should be a little more dominant than in her other fukus because she's grown up a lot more and is the queen of Crystal Tokyo when she gets this form -- which for the record, her mother never reaches.

Her hair is the only thing that was changed more than upgraded. I never liked the odango shields, so I gave her a little ring of red pearls around each odango.

She has a moon symbol on her head, just like Usagi did for her Eternal form. I wasn't sure whether I should make it pink or yellow... Did I make the right choice?

Her choker just got pearls. Her sailor collar was easy to upgrade -- extra layer and pearls! It's supposed to come from her broach, by the way, I just didn't realize the mistake until it was too late. xD I think it still looks nice, though!

Her bow in her Eternal form was just a bow, so i decided to give her wings like Eternal Sailor Moon -- I just made these a bit more realistic and feathery.

Her sleeves were kind of inspired by her princess dress. Her gloves are like Eternal Sailor Moon's, only the pad-things have pearls on them and the V's on her wrists are made of pearls.

Her skirts are supposed to be fuller than how I drew them -- like Eternal Moon's -- but since it's just a fuku design, I think it's okay. They have pearls AND -- Omigosh! -- lace! xD The belt at the top has lots of pearls and isn't as poofy as the normal and Super forms -- it's supposed to be a ribbon, kind of like Eternal Moon's. It ties in a knot at the back and trails down in two ribbons. She also has a big, silky red bow with pearls around the edges... Eternal Moon didn't have a bow, and I thought Chibiusa definitely needed one!

The wings were also easy to upgrade -- instead of ornamental wings, our girl Chibiusa get real, feathery wings that can actually be used for flying!

Lastly, her boot are different because I thought that she needed a pair of her OWN boots, instead of having the same as her mom. So they form a V shape, like the Eternal boots all the senshi get, but are wrapped with a silk ribbon all the way around. I actually like how I drew the feet -- yay!

I spent a long time on this and put a lot of though into it, so I'd really like to hear what you think of it -- especially from , since he loves Chibiusa so much!
