45 minute practice today. I usually dont upload my daily practice images to DA, but this one is a bit special since I been requested to draw this chara a lot of times
I was caught by a nostagic feeling watching this old anime show yesterday night while working. Candy it´s pretty much like a soap opera for kids (think in Downton Abbey XD). I was a big fan when I was a kid, I hope you like it

This is what I always wanted to see done with Candy, a modern design of her. If they ever did a new animated movie about the series, I want it to look like this.

Candy Candy was the first anime I watched, way back in the early eighties. (Second was a space opera show, where the space ninja on board the ship had a spear that looked like a Q-tip. I have no idea what that second show was called.)
