This is a great shot and I am still blown away by how different your lady bugs are to ours. As of all this spring talk, we are sitting here is 32 - 35 degree celsius heat and longing for cooler weather! I'm adding this to my :fav+:

I'm kind of chuckling here about the "sure signs of spring"...I'm from New England ( did I mention Patriots territory..if your from Texas you must be a football fan) where spring is still a long way off!

I do spend my winters in Florida these days because the cold just kills me, but in another six weeks I will be leaving for Cape Cod and one of my greatest pleasures is the drive north from Florida.

When I leave the summer-like temperatures of Fla. I get the opportunity to watch spring unfold in Freak-reverse.

I will drive past wilted beds of tulips and daffodils and then I will drive past newly open buds of the same and then I arrive on Cape Cod to find some that are just sprouting from the ground.

Time is relative but your pic is a winner!
