I don’t know why but I really love the stance you took of him grabbing his tail with his legs. Something about it seems so natural and right with Frieza, especially with his kingly demeanor in this interpretation!

Cool emperor concept for Frieza. His torn "clothes" really show he isn't your average one, not to mention his 'crown' is really cool too. He looks like a true ruler in this.
