Hast du aber auch beide sehr schön umgesetzt, finde ich ^^
Obwohl ich von dieser Elena Prinzessin auch noch nicht vorher wirklich was gehört habe O.o
Also ich würde hier eher für Elena stimmen ^^ Auch wenn ich die Prinzessin garnicht wirklich kenne XD
Ich finde aber das die Farben Penny besser stehen und i-wie wirkt sie in dem Kleid eleganter 
Bei Belle muss ich ehrlicherweiße sagen, dass ich ihr Krone (Diadem) i-wie ziemlioch merkwürdig finde :/ Weiß aber, dass es im original wahrscheinlich ähnlich aussieht >.<

Mir gefallen beide Versionen. Das Kleid von Elena mag ich aber ein wenig mehr.
Da ich mir immer auch den Charakter angucke, passt für mich Elena besser zu Penelope. Belle ist für mich immer eine liebe und nette, während Elena ja auch ziemlich wild und frei heraus mit ihrer Meinung ist, was mehr zu deiner Penelope passt.
Daher stimme ich ganz klar für Penelope als Elena!
