My Entry for and 's Contest
The contest theme was summer, so I was thinking beach ball fun with Zack, Switchback and Jorja
I had so much fun drawing this, I'm a sucker for stripey chars. Also love how they're all a different colour x) Jorja blends with the sand, Switchback blends with the ocean, Zack blends with the sky ;D
Who would have thought a Tiger, Lion and Cheetah would get on so well eh

WOW! The movement and action here is fantastic! Thatβs what struck me first! The wonderful poses from these three are so full of energy with the water dripping off their fur and their manes fluttering!
I think the colours are outstanding! And the way you complimented each characterβs design with part of the background! Itβs extra details and thought like that that make this such a unique and beautiful picture!
They all look like they are having SO much fun, I wish I was there with them!
The shading is stunning! The backlight from the sun gives them such an intense shape and form against the bold blue sea and fiery sky!

Eeee this piece is SO so charming! I mean, I love me a good sunset. Like sunsets are probably my favorite thing SO YOU MADE ONE BONUS POINTS FOR YOUR SEXY FACE
And man I LOVE the characters! All of them have the most delicious poses! I love how Zack's FLYING THROUGH THE AIR like that. And there's all that water dripping off of his beautifully-rendered mane just uuuuugh so much skill. I love how you did his feet in particular for some reason. Idk. I'm terrible with toes so I'm always jealous when other people can draw them <__<.
Jorja's pose is wonderful too. I love that mid-landing thing she's got going on there. It's really dynamic and awesome and you get to see so much of her pretty body that way even though there are three characters here. I love her cute grin too! Her design is LOVELY btw! I love her back fluffies and her long king cheetah stripies! Lovely chaacter!
AND SWITCHIE LMAO it's like she's falling over but HAS to smack the ball anyway. Plus she has the most CHARMING expression. It's so freakin HAPPY! It's like THE 8D face. Right there. 8D face. I love how fluffy you made her neck too! And I love her leg fuzzies. You did an AWESOME job with her leg fuzzies. They all have such beautiful backlighting too. You REALLY nailed that one in the head!

I really love the water here, Tesinax! Especially to see it dripping off the ball - you just get the sense that everything is soaked. xD Really well done. It's neat to see how the horizon isn't flat, either; it works well to draw attention to the ball itself and the characters surrounding it.
