I'm sorry, that's inaccurate. There's not enough duct tape on that sucker.

Truly, down here in Georgia duct tape is an important item in your average family's tool box. And Duct tape has saved many a family car, truck, and air conditioners.(and down here during summer an air conditioner is Not a luxury item but a necessity! MAN! The humidity is murder!)
I think that's one of the reasons there's such a Red Green following...That, and Steve Smith(Red's creator) is a brilliant comedy writer. I put him right up there with Ernie Kovacs and Sid Ceasar and Mel Brooks as a great Television comedy genius!

A sturdy craft such as that requires at least 2 rolls of the 'Handyman's Secret Weapon'. : )

Great caricature.
I just finished watching the last episode of the series a few weeks ago.
Have you seen that one?

It's ad to say goodbye to so many friends but was touching since it showed what happened to them.
Harold got married and it showed him & his wife with 2 kids (who ya gotta figure Red will try to bring up with his attitude.
Dalton renewed his vows with his wife Ann-Marie who we see only in a black wedding gown with a heavy veil over it.
Mike Hammer became the sheriff of Possum Lake and because of him being a cop there was a drastic drop in the crime rate.
Winston became an investigative reporter specializing in political corruption. With his experience in looking into sewage he was well qualified.
The animal control officer became an animal rights advocate.
As to Red himself "I'm the only one who did not change"
The last image is Red sitting in a chair in a spotless tuxedo.

That was a classy way to end it.
It's funny, but it seems a lot of shows I enjoy(M.A.S.H. for instance) have a "the end" episode.I guess that's the sign of a really good show, as if the characters are granted some dignity and our thanks for entertaining us all.
Good bye Red, keep your stick on the ice!

The other nice thing is before the 'where are they now' epilogue Harold is leaving to join his bride when the meeting signal goes off. Harold heads to the meeting and explains to Red that even though he's married he'll still be around. Red is touched and for the final goodbye he has Harold say "keep your stick on the ice."
