Cool textures and overlay help!!! It took me ages to figure out how to get that "illustrated" look... Duplicate layer, go to filter-Other-High Pass, move the slider until you get a good even grey and contrast, make layer "Overlay". Also if you want a good soft focus just add invert to the end of that combination and drop opacity a bit
