I wonder if things would be different if his mother hadn't died. I mean, Corazon stated that Doffy was always evil,although I find that hard to believe.
I guess he took the wrong path,aaah, while Corazon always seemed to have been a soft heart

I love Doffy, he's evil with a reason that only he himself understands, and sees everything he does justified

I find that hard to believe as well, and I've a theory of mind about it (I wrote it in my previous comment).

I think Corazon could have the perception haki. Maybe the suffering he felt as those people tortured them as children and their father wasn't his own but those people's; later, in the same way, when he got stabbed by Law he felt his pain and not his own.

Doflamingo is a really proud and intelligent man, which is a deadly mix when you grown up as he did (his father, as much as he was good, was a fool since he put his own family at danger without preparing them properly first); conveniently, he has conqueror's haki.
Furthermore, you can see him being generally cruel, but at the same time always trying to protect his own "family", in contrast to what his father wasn't able to do. Finally, if you notice, Rocinante has eyes similar to their mother, while Doflamingo has eyes similar to their father--maybe he hates his resemblance with him, and he puts glasses on all the time for that reason (I wonder if he can't stand looking at his own reflection, either). One thing is sure: at the end of the battle, if not even before, we'll see Doflamingo's face without his glasses.

Oh,I cannot add much more to that,you're totally right!

I do hope we see his face, we have to I think, bcs it is a way to show his defeat?
I didn't notice the resemblance to their parents, tho, have to look at that again (I thought their eyes were very similar to each others?)

Yes, I think it is, and it could even be the first time he'll show openly his emotions again after many years (I think he did when he menaced those people that he would survive and kill all of them). After he wakes up from his nightmare Oda let us see one of his eyes, and it has the same shape of his father's; I double-checked to be sure.

Crying again would be a good thing for him in my opinion, actually.
