True in some cases. I know a fair number of quite busty women, and all but one of them has said they/she needed a bra, despite not really liking that they needed to wear it. In every case, the major problem was fit difficulty, and the discomfort resulting therefrom. (I understand from the gal I know best that it's easier to get a proper fit now than it used to be.)
