Description Here's the final dessert that accompanied the creme brulee and the bento. The menu describes this wedge of chocolate mousse cake as:

Guittard dark chocolate cake layered with chocolate mousse. Served with raspberry sauce and vanilla bean ice cream.

This was the fastest photographed dessert because B. wanted to tuck in immediately. It was also the smallest of the three and one of the more contested pieces of sweet.

Good thing I was preoccupied with the green tea tiramisu...

It was.

I just wished that I took a better photo of it but as I said, my companions were getting antsy so I held the camera overhead and pressed the button quickly.
