I've been drawing Cosmo in this outfit for almost three years now, but there's a small change to her outfit. Rather than have her in green high-heels, I gave her a more interesting pair of shoes - a colorful pair of sandals.If you're wondering what the 44 over 11 means, it means April 4 (or the 4th of April) 2011, the day this was finished and submitted.
