That's not his TaRDiS: it's the Russel T. Davies Era set! The new podlights are inset, the light being at the end of a half-foot long Hexagonal tube. This must be a pre-season publicity shot, much like the one taken for the "BBC Confidential" interview - I actually like that outfit, by the way. Dosen't quite fit the character, though.
