A Fox Squirrel after raiding a bird feeder.Edit: The general consensus amongst my family is this is a Fox Squirrel, though I and one of my cousins still have some doubts.

Until this last year all the Fox squirrels in our area with either Brown, Orange, or a mix they never had any Grey in their coats I even showed this to a family member who hunts extensively and he said he'd never seen a Fox squirrel colored like this. Also this particular squirrel is small for a Fox squirrel which led to the confusion. We've since learned more and now all of our squirrels look like this one I haven't seen a Brown or Orange patterned one in about a year.
