Excellent execution all around. The desert always offers such clarity. The great part for me is how the shadow just cuts off abruptly. It's a bit terrifying because it communicates so absolutely that there's a sharp drop-off. youtu.be/0Nt8dJ6rMZI

Thank you, Josh - landing on the moon is a fitting soundtrack for this picture. Great you have noticed the shadow play, and yes - the drop-off was radical. A few minutes after we took some pictures we have been encountered by a plane exercising a low level flight. It was that low we were at eye level with the pilot.

Maybe you weren't supposed to take a picture of that military plane.... haha. Why is it that people who make a short visit to a place end up with greater adventures than those who live there all the time?
