It was about a young girl, named Ai, who was a traveling soul collector who would open up a website that would attract people who are out for revenge against someone. They would contact her and she would show up as a young girl dressed in a school girl uniform giving them a voodoo doll with a string attached to the the doll's neck. When they pull it, the person whom they seeked revenge on will be enabled and their soul would be sent to Hell. In the end, that same person who exacted the wish, would be given a tattoo on their back, representing that when they would die, they will go to Hell too. Ai would bring them there, personally, in a row boat, across the Styx river with floating lanterns.
