what a wonderful pose; beautiful light; full of emotion; do you take these yourself; how do you manage to pose your arms, hand, feet and body in such an emotive pose?

Thank you -- once again -- for your kind and encouraging comments. And yes, I do take these myself, although it would be so much easier if someone did it for me! As for those appendages whereabout you inquire: they and I have a long, long history of collaboration, so we're mostly used to one another -- moreover I threaten not to feed and otherwise see to their needs if they fail to cooperate. Nevertheless, the vast majority of 'our collaborations' are awkward failures. And in the case of this image and the 'sequel', the very low light meant keeping ourselves still for longer than proved possible. But tell about your 'parallel' experiences . . .

Its very difficult to frame and pose myself. I sometimes are too involved with the mechanics that I forget about those nasty appendages and have to reshoot, and reshoot. I havent tried NOT to feed them. I did that once in college with my gerbil to get it to cooperate with the maze and it died on me. With low light, and long exposures its even more difficult. But you are so graceful, like a dancer - which is what I admire. Also my body type is so lanky and all skinny appendages that its not as lovely to look at as yours are.

Another amazing image Gregg. Your pose is so wonderful. I can see Jocked doing something with this one!

Thank you -- you're so kind! And of course I'd love for him to -- maybe you would suggest it to him? (I don't want to seem "pushy"!)

What is there to tell that I haven't told a hundred times...YOU are beautiful...you ARE beautiful...you are BEAUTIFUL! Such emotional depth...such technical skill...such an eye for detail...as photographer. Such grace and power...such an ability to convey complicated thoughts and emotions with the simplest gesture...such an ability to create a fire in the viewer...of love and lust and compassion all at once...as model! It's sorcery...pure and simple! It's extraordinary! It's breath-taking! It is achingly exquisite!

A hundred times? -- Sir, you exaggerate. However, I'll take this as a commitment. (And thank you!)

Such beautiful classical lines. The shape and muscularity of your body is there too - the weight forward and the pointed toe behind, so completely and beautifully classical.

Thanks, Tom -- as always, so kind. I really appreciate your miniature essay on the sense of the nude body -- variations from one culture to another.
