Aww... such unexpected and nicely present. She's cutie! I would add something if you don't mind. Well, first of all I would put big girl thumbs on tiny head, than I would add litlle one curios or surprising look and point eyes on thumbs.
Her right hand posed somehow similar to the left one. Than moved her deeper close to the belly and big one's hands move down, that her belly button was visible and add her more athletic shape that abs somehow was more volumetric.
(just preferences) but anyway it's so kind and lovely shot. Thank you!
And I am glad that chest here more exposed than on previous one, it's adds some privacy and delicacy
