Darren and Tarot both glared, a little miffed at being interrupted from their argument, as Kenneth slithered in between them and threw an arm loosely around their shoulders.

"You stay out of this, Kenny," Tarot snapped. "Besides, I'm a little annoyed at you too, you know. Of all the people I could have caught you kissing...." He trailed off, folding his arms over his chest. In truth, he was jealous in more ways than one.

"Oh, get over yourself, Tarot," Darren replied snidely.

"Excuse me, is that any way to address royalty?" Tarot retorted imperiously.

A smile curled at the corners of Kenny's lips. "Come on, guys," he cooed gently. He leaned into Tarot's face, a few brightly colored rings blooming through his eyes. "Let's not fight..."

Tarot's eyes widened a little, caught up in his eyes a moment. Kenneth chuckled softly and turned and looked Darren in the eyes, surprising him with the hypnotic rings as well. "Please don't fight," he lilted softly.

"Whuh--?" Darren's expression slackened a little. A small hint of Kenneth's hypnosis began to appear in his eyes.

Kenneth turned again to Tarot, who was just barely regaining his senses, and gave him another teasingly brief taste of his powers, while his coils began to curl slowly around Darren's body. "I care about you both so, so much," Kenneth purred tenderly. The rings whirled slowly, lazily, seeming to pull Tarot closer with every pulse. "I hate to see you so upset..."

"Hnn, K-Kenny...." Tarot protested. He squinted, trying to resist, but Kenneth's hypnosis was slowly taking hold, the bright rings slowly blooming from his heterochromic eyes.

Kenneth turned his head and trained his gaze on Darren a tad coquettishly as his coils finished looping around Darren's body, and began to curl and slither around Tarot. Darren stared transfixed, the rings in his eyes pulsing slowly but surely. "So no more fighting," Kenneth cooed soothingly, his grin widening. "Just let your good friend Kenny help you relax...."
