All I ask is that you exclude my DA name and my DA site reference when you use it other than personal use. Just say you got it from a website or something. I'd like to keep my DA site, that's why.

Call or email Nintendo about getting copyright permission for printing only 1 non-profit t-shirt for yourself. Tell them that this t-shirt is not going to be made for mass-production. They should give you a document you can include with your t-shirt
order.
Some t-shirt sites are strict on copyright and require permission.
Other sites will print whatever you want. good luck
