i don't have a lot of problems with it, but I think it needs some work. I think it's pretty fair overall. i know i'd at least take a closer look at it if I saw it on the shelf. My critique is only about the colors.
To the colorist:
The work just seems a bit too monotone. It seems in between color, and monochromatic, so it makes it looks more unfinished, than artistic. Also, be mindful of the guide lines. You can see them through the color down on the bottom, and it makes it look pretty bad.
The piece looks overly flat, but it's only due to the highlights. they're all the same color, and are spread all over the piece. If you concentrate the highlights on only one or two parts of the subject [in this case the figures] it'll give it a lot more form.
A few quick and easy tips:
-When you do your colors, pause for a second, flip the image from left to right. this will MAGICALLY show you EVERY little mistake.
-Pause for a while, take a break. Zoom out until the image is about the size of your palm. SQUINT your eyes. if anything doesn't pop, or it doesn't make sense, go in there and redo it.

HI, ANY CRITIQUE WELL BE ALWAIS APPRECIATE. BUT PLEASE REMIND "WHO" YOU ARE CRITICISING. This colorist has Over 400 comics pages in his experience. She worked for Marvel an DC. You are tolking of an high professional artist. I mean some expression or terms "A few quick and easy tips" or "DON'T LET THIS DISCOURGE YOU, DEAR COLORIST" are better suitable for a beginner.
Please, not misunderstand, we respect your opinion concerning the "technicals" or "artistic" issue. Please, just use the appropriate "linguistic code". there aren't only beginneres teens on DA
