Hi !! Well since you're requsting critiques, i can see some details here and there that could be worth writing or reading. I'm very humble and just writing my thoughts here. This pic is good but saying this only doesn't help.
First thing is the the picture looks too flat. The foreground character should be detached more from the other warriors behind and even more from the scenery. That should be done with each step, art and colors. Here there is no helping the eye catch whats important. The colors of more distant objects are fading, merging, and contrast lessens with distance. The landscape take too much attention here.
Second thing might seem like a detail but it bothers me. The reins of the horse in the foreground just coincides with a backgroulnd line. That I think is wrong. In such a case you might want to either separate them or have the rein come boldly over the background. That would create even more depth .
Well that was my ranting. I hope you'll find somthing in it.

Good colours and feeling of movement! Since you want crits, I see some issues with the horse anatomy.. The neck looks too bulky on the horse in the foreground, and the front legs are too wide set (even more so on the horse in the bg). Also, it looks like it floats above the grass - the hoof needs to sink down 'cause the grass is tall.
