Actually, if you can recover 51% of a bill you can get a new one at the bank... so I hear. . .
I guess poking someone's mailbox with peanut-butter covered hands would be a federal offense, too

Ps.. I know that pouring lighter fluid inside a mailbox and setting it on fire was a federal offense (and I didn't do it! I swear it wasn't me).. but I didn't know that poking it with peanut butter would be..

Uhh, actually, some neighbors of ours had fun with that - a few firecrackers will clean out your mailbox quite well! 
... I have to remember to do that right before the mailman comes... trap the smoke in... and see what he does as the smoke comes out. . . err, or maybe I don't want him cross at me. *shrugs*

But word of advice.. watch out for asshole-y neighbors that might rat you out.. the goverment can be a pain in the ass when provoked..

I live in the middle of Idaho for god's sake. . . Those conservatives would NEVER give up their explosives. (Heh, sorry, but if liberal is a dirty word, then I'll make double damn sure that people know what conservative implies.)
