Character from a fantasy video game won the poll, and while there were a few suggestions I didn't have any of what people wanted directly

Here we have Josephine Montilyet from Dragon Age Inquisition (the one that was ok, not amazing, not terrible, just alright), pregnant with 16, her massive belly 'daintily peeking' out from under her dress. Surely the inquisition could procure a better fitting outfit for their chief diplomat , what kind of message does a partially exposed large pregnant belly send?
