I was trying to figure out title involving the word family that wasn't the title of a 80s sitcom

Here we see a grunge girl and her mother having a disagreement, the mother is upset with her daughter's fashion choices, and lack of grandchildren from her

Are these particular characters from something? No they are two characters from a variety of sources and stereotypes (actually I think the mother was just a stockphoto) a bit like the pregnant educator
