The inspiration is based on what pokemon could Captain Marvel (Carol Danvers) be inspired and i thought Deoxys (neutral form) is the best due to both being related to high cosmic power and space relation story, the fact that both are very powerful beings (a legendary pokemon and a nearly endless power character), and also the coloration of both are so much look alike.
