Decided to post it, even though there are problems in the picture. But oh well. I like the scene anyway despite quick 'n' sloppy execution. Done as my "commission is done for the day, let's draw something that I want to draw" project.One of my more favorite OC couples at the moment, Mietek and Greg. Two middle aged, not particularly attractive gay men, yes. Shut up. A couple of intellectuals...they first met in Gregory's book shop, and started chatting about Thoreau. Most of their conversations are wordy and pretentious and about art and literature and philosophy and psychology. And stuff. >.>
...Greg looks slightly drunk >.< But I like how colorless Mietek looks beside him *laughs* He's supposed to look like he doesn't belong outside.
Oh well. That's it for now. *laughs*

I love them, their "unattractiveness" makes them more real and believable (though I think Mietek looks pretty cute, I especially love how you made him slightly heavyset instead of a ripped god). You can tell they really enjoy one another's company without having them stare at each other. The whole picture is great, I love this relaxed and loving atmosphere you created

That is so adorable. I like to imagine Greg is going on about something he is usually very intelligent about, but the wine is just making him nonsensical.
