This is very wonderful!!!
My order: the absolute winner (and "a must") are onigiri, then follows sushi and rΔmen, Pocky and gummies are occasionally good, but I do not need Ramune (I strongly prefer Calpis!!!).
BTW (please, let me make some general note here): "Otaku" is really the term in Japan once somewhat pejorative (by "mainstream" adults) but nowadays it's OK.
Definitely it is nothing wrong with identifying themselves as "Otaku" (or the follower of popular culture of Japan). It is the same thing as we can freely chose our life partner (etc.). Our tastes are different (thankfully) and we better do to enjoy such differences and not look at each other in some haughty manner (no offense intended). At least we don't know how long we can live our lives...

*weabboo. Don't call yourself "otaku", It's frowned upon in these cultures you so desperately want to be a part of.

Well Im guilty of liking ramen and sushi, never had rice balls or Ramune (Im not even sure what to call them in the US.), and I do not like Pocky sticks
π: 0 β©: 1
ghostfire In reply to Neosamuel [2012-08-22 07:14:23 +0000 UTC]
It's still Ramune, even here in the US. Rice balls are really easy to make if you don't have anywhere local to buy them. As for the pocky... yeah, it's only okay, but it's so iconic... have you tried the more premium types, though?
