another commission forI probably died a bit in the process haha, but I'm really happy with how this came out. I totally ended up falling in love with these two.
It feels like it's been so long since I spent such a long time on a piece. I'm so used to being lazy about art in general. But it felt good to do something a little ambitious. Especially with a couple piece. It seems like ages since I've done a serious pic with a couple.

I wish I could favorite this a thousand times over because once is not nearly enough. You took all the word vomit I gave you to pour through about these two characters and listened to all the little details and ran a freakin' marathon with it. I love all the little details, like the blood on Holden's lips and the bit of bruising you can see on her shoulder where her shirt droops and Bob's super relaxed posture, like he knows Holden will take care of it. Unf. I just love everything about this.
It's amazing. You are amazing. I totally can't thank you enough. It makes my heart so happy when I have pictures of a character I've poured so much work into and hearing that you like them just fills me up with unmitigated joy, no lie. THANK YOU. <3

Ahhhh! It fills me up with joy just to know I could make
an image that you like! Because truly I had so much fun
drawing these two and trying to make it so that it's them.
I love trying to get into that more personal side of characters
rather than just a lifeless rendering! So I'm pleased that I could
grasp at least some aspect of them!
I am seriously just so happy that you like it and I hope to see/hear more of these
guys, since they are awesome!

Haha I didn't know his name was Bob. This pic of him just totally
subverted everything I'd come to expect from a bob [such as being
a short, fat and balding man, likely a lawyer... don't ask, it's just
what i expect of a 'bob']...
