ML is short for Masterlist!
The masterlist is where we store and keep track of every Poltergeist to avoid scamming and to make the Poltergeist official!
Everytime you trade away one of your Poltergeists you'd have to comment who you traded them to on their ML entry/

Yes you can freely change their design anytime!
Though there is a cooldown for major re-designs (complete redesings)
smaller redesigns don't have a cooldown!
