Amber is a strong minded leader, hes the calmest when its a high stakes mission. He doesnt tend to come on all missions, as he is Rose's personal body guard 24/7, but he will still lead the team in training mission to ensure they are still up to code, he also mentors the current Team Leader.

Orginally was the second in charge but after Amber took on the new job of body guard, she became the new Team Leader. She was scared at first but took on the challange on head first. She still makes some mistakes and she'll never be like Amber, but she leads the team in her own way and gets the job done, while keeping everyone safe. She has a very calming nature and so she tends to comfit scared creatures. Shes also the smallest member in the team and will most often get into small places to help creatures

Big Nic as the team likes to call him, is the strongest member of the team, its his job to be the anchor if a member needs to go into tight places or off a cliff. He will lift fallen trees or move rocks if they in the way of the rescue. He doesnt say much and has full trust in his leaders, if he thinks its a bad move he will speak his mind. He has a much greater knowledge of Herbalism and will tend to any wounded creatures.

She loves the forests/woodlands. Thanks to her father she spent pretty much her whole life in the forests all around equestria and she wouldnt have it any other way. Shes not the best in dark caves, but out in the forests she can find her way around no trouble. Shes great at rescuing lost creatures. She spends most of her adult like exploring untouched parts of equestria and meeting new creatures.

Herbal Medicine
Spending weeks in the forests, she picked up herbalism. Of course her father help her with the basics, but after she got a grasp on it she found it quite exciting and went to study under Zecora for a few years to really understand the skill. This skill also comes in handy when shes recusing lost creatures and they happened to have gotten injured.

A skill she learnt from her older brother, not one she uses often but she dose still love to make a small bird once in a while

She always looked up to Amber, he's so brave and confident. He never let anyone tell him what to do. Under his guidance she became a better pony and an even better leader to take over his job. When they first met, Willow had developed a small crush on Amber, but it slowly went away and she simply admired him for his work and ability in rescuing creatures.

STORY

[Birth]
Willow was born early into her parents marriage, when they where so full of love. Cayenne went on a very early maternity leave, she took in her 2nd month of pregnancy, she wanted to spend all most all of it with Oak, and travel with him. They travelled around together, just the three of them for months. When she got later into her pregnancy, Oak wanted to take her back, to a town where she could give birth in a hospital, but Cayenne had other plans [at the time, it was still not that uncommon to have at home births, they are mostly supervised by an elder or midwife if possible]. Unfortunately Cayenne is very stubborn and argued with Oak up until the very moment she gave birth. When she had gone into labour Oak ran out to the nearest village and found an elder who came and supervised the birth, all while Oak died in silence. Willow was born right on time, in perfect health, a beautiful, happy baby girl.
[Childhood]
Willow mostly grew up with her father, her mother was always so busy working in Canterlot that she wasnt home very much and with her fathers work he'd travel around, harvesting wood and selling it where its cold for best profits. Willow never went to one school. Each winter shed move and spend another year in a new school so it was very hard for her to make friends. Sometimes they'd travel to a town without a school so instead she'd help her father or spend time with her mother, but even then, she hated Canterlot. City life just wasn't for her.
