Description
Scar, as prince, was betrothed to the future queen of the Roarlands Unga. After a bunch of begging, they were allowed to deny the marriage only if Scar gives the Roarlands an heir. Thus comes Shina and Gari who would occasionally visit the pridelands.

Paka and Dwala are ~Gay~, but both wanted to be mothers. So of course, Paka asked her favorite brother to help with that and Scar agreed because Paka is much less annoying than his brothers. And so, Mtoto was born around the same time as Simba and Nala.

Kilinda, Zira's sister, is Scar's actual mate. They had their daughter Kuwa before Sarabi was even pregnant. Kilinda thought it was out of love, but Scar planned to have his daughter become the heiress, but once Simba was born, he became the second in line. Scar threw a fit as Kuwa was the eldest next generational royal family member, but Mufasa didn't listen and changed that law. As Scar planned Mufasa's death, Kilinda agreed to help him but never planned for Simba to get hurt. She's not really evil but doesn't like how Mufasa and Ahadi treated Scar when they were younger, and she just wanted Scar to be happy.
Once they became the rulers of the Pridelands, they started getting distant. Out of fear of being replaced, Kilinda had a second litter with Scar. Thus comes Upendo, Kioo, and Nuka (who isn't Zira's biological son in this hc). Kuwa dies in a nonspoilery way and Scar refused to have one of his triplets become the heir to the throne. So he promised that his next cub would be betrothed to one of his loyal follower's cubs. And days before Simba's return, Scar betrothed Chumvi's daughter Vitani with his new son Rezu, who Rafiki refused to name so Scar made one up.

And that's all of Scar's children and their story of becoming the children of Scar! I am redoing the family tree and making them in smaller pieces, next tree is of Zira's family and then Sarabi's.
