They hear the voice of the most beautiful women they could ever imagine. Her haunting song calls out to them, beckoning them to come closer. Her voice drives them to madness as the seas begin to churn around them. They could think of nothing more than to reach her, to caress her. And she continues to call to them, singing about how their touch will end her loneliness. The sky darkens as thunderous clouds rolled over the schooner. As they near the source of the song, the lovely woman vanishes from their mind, only to be replaced by a serpent from the depths below. But the men are still maddened by the serpent's angelic voice, unable to escape the doom that awaits them...Yeah. I went there again. I seem to recall Neo-Monster Island doing Kaiju Gals and did a fem-Dragon Caesar with boobs and everything. Well, like Daijinryuu, I can make Caesar female without applying the womanly parts. I can give her the voice of a Siren and make her lure men out to sea with promise of food, sex, and wine, but only to destroy their ships, devour their souls, and drag their bodies under the waves.
And since Daijinryuu had multiple images of her, I decided to do the same for Caesar. Yeah, I'm not that great at drawing oceans, but I'm using a technique called Impressionism, which is used in this case to show the motion rather than accuracy. So, don't pick on it too much.

The dragon zord was always my favorite because he had his own theme song, and he fought on his own, and no matter where the Green Ranger was in the world, when he played his knife ocarina, the ocean would magically appear and awaken the sleeping dragon.
This is epic, btw.

There is no female dragon ranger. The Dragon Ranger is the ordered masculine to Caesars chaotic feminine.

Interesting picture to be sure, Dragon Caesar looks absolutely terrifying here. The Storm adds a lot to the scene to be sure.
But why is your Female Dragon Caesar acting like a Siren to begin with? What about Dragon Caesar's character, being a Guardian Beast God, would lead to a female version choosing to maliciously and intentionally lure in sailing ships to their doom?
Did the original Dragon Caesar start out more evil or with some kind of grudge against the other Beast Gods? Or did he just fight against them because Burai was the one with the Grudge and he was just listening to Burai?
I mean, it's your version of the character, but I'd like to know what motives this version has for doing what it does beyond it just being Female now. Are you implying Dragon Caesar is innately evil and needs to be tied to a Zyu Ranger in order to fight for good?

The funny idea of it was Dragon Caesar, aka Dragonzord, was created to bond with the partner that she was supposed to be paired with to create the perfect sort of fighting team between ranger and Shogozu. But a balance was needed, masculine ranger (order) feminine Shogozu (chaos).
However, Caesar was stolen by Bandora/Rita and made to fight for her. A ranger was chosen, but he was not the kindred spirit that Caesar needed, and she was forced to fight for evil under the maddening music of the Zyushoken/Dragon Dagger. Though Caesar was powerful, she could not fight against all the other Shogozu and was defeated and left to rot at the bottom of the Indian Ocean.
Trapped within her paralyzed body, Caesar could do nothing but watch as the world passed on. It was then a relation to King Ghidorah, the evil God Dagon found her and offered to repair her under one condition, that she would serve him. As you know about Far Realm beings, they like to suck the life force from creatures, so he gave her the gift of the Siren to lure sailors to their doom with promise of food, sex, and wine. And she uses this gift now in her own way to fill the emptiness she gained from being paired with Bandora's/Rita's first evil Green Ranger. For Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned. Especially one 40 thousand-ton woman. And just like the music that a man used to control her, she uses her songs to control other men.
It's just an idea, man. It's a little crazy idea I came up with while listening to Nightwish, looking up Call of Cthulhu and Dragon Caesar images. I just sorta meshed everything together. It went like this...Dragon Caesar, singing with the voice of a Siren, dragging sailors to their doom while under the control of Dagon. Perfect. And the idea of the Dragonzord having issues about being abandoned in the ocean after Tommy gave up his powers was just icing on the cake.
Oh, I would like to say it gets even worse. She can eve give men under her control the Innsmouth Sickness, that is turn them into fish monsters. In fact that's what I like to think she does with the dead bodies, reanimate them and turn them into fish monsters. She'll sing this mantra to the dead she killed, reanimating them into monsters to attack sea ports.
And no, I don't think the original Dragon Caesar had a grudge against the other Shogozus. But I will say this, maybe Caesar felt a little empty when Brai was lost and when the other Zyurangers were complementing their Shogozus, Caesar was left out.

Okay, now that you explained it all, it makes perfect sense in the context of your universe then. One thing though, was she defeated and recruited by Ghidorah in ancient times, or is this in modern times (after Zyu Rangers) and that just happens to be a modern sailing ship rather then an ancient one?
