The sun was shining bright down onto the camp, allowing a warmth to spread over the wet marsh-like ground that was spread through the entire Riverclan camp. With his nose to the sky, the silver-gray tabby warrior basked in the warmth that was bestowed upon him. Feeling it spread from his ear tips all the way down to his toes, the warmth was a beloved feeling after what seemed to have been a long time of darkness. Pebblestream had started out his morning with a walk through the dewy grass, then took his apprentice out for training. He caught prey with his apprentice, and brought it back. After all, the clan does need to be fed...and it also warmed his heart to see his blind apprentice so proud of himself. It made him feel nostalgic, and a Little romantic, wondering when he would have kits of his own.

Now the sun was high in the sky and the kittens were just starting to get rowdy for the day, Pebblestream leaned over to give his warm, thick chest fur a couple licks before standing on his paws. He tested his weight a moment, then turned on his paw to start a trot to the nursery. Perhaps they would be interested in a story--
"Pebblestream!"
He heard his name getting called out, and paused. Turning his head left and right before he caught gazes with Mapleheart. Someone he was well acquainted with, especially after Buzzardstrike's death..
He shook away the sadness, instead padding over to his friend. "Not particularly -- How can I be of assistance, dear Maple?" He teased with a purr, winking down at him.
