Figured i should post the full drawing and tell some things about it and what inspired me to draw this. *no refrence used for the pose*
✨Artjournal entry✨
Last Christmas i was going through some difficult times. During those moments, i had an encounter with someone and i never got to talk to them again, as they mentioned they're off social media, and too busy to keep in touch.
That stranger listened to me and advised me as if i was their little sister, which gave me strenght and courage to go through those moments.They had told me they went and are going through the same thing so i felt less lonely.
After the day we talked, I painted this and i felt great about it because it basicaly represents that person, even if it doesnt represent them physicaly. It represents the way i see their personality.

I guess i did this because i needed to look up at someone i knew i would get comfort from when i felt depressed, anxious, paranoid.

I picked red cuz i needed warmth, i picked yellow cuz i needed bright days and happiness, i used purple for the background as a representation of coldness.
i drew a calm expression because i couldnt see that on my own face.

.
.
I wanted to represent this person as untouchable, at peace, strong, beautiful and warm. Everything i couldnt feel like in that moment.
I needed to draw their persona the way i saw it so that i would have something to look up to for my emotional comfort, courage and my mental state when i would be again in that dark and vulnerable state. .
.
Its been 3 months, i saw this painting everyday wondering how did i get to draw something i actualy like when i felt so bad. But this person guided me in the right mental state for creating art.
i just understood my intentions in this painting and the story behind so i felt the need to talk about it.🙂
