Dolcedo is a tiny medieval country village situated inland in the rugged hills of Liguria in western Italy. In this picture you can see the stream and old single-span bridge that joins one part of the town to the other.Related content

Thank you for you kind comment. This is a beautiful part of Italy, but not as well known in the U.S. as Tuscany. You could spend a week exploring Liguria and not see half its beauty. I hope you will go there someday. Thanks for adding this pic to your favorites.

You know I've two home one is in Lecco, the second in Sanremo and dolcedo is near Sanremo, Cervo too. I love Liguria so much! I worked for an italian writer, I've illustrated his book concerning medieval places in liguria

I love Liguria, too. It is so special with its beautiful sea coast *and* its medieval hill towns. I visited Sanremo, Dolceacqua, Zuccarello, Colletta, and Bordighera, but not at night so no night pix from these magical places. Had a wonderful dinner in Dolcedo at Anima Galosa. You know the place? I would say you have two beautiful homes.

I know a lot of countries in Liguria from genova to ventimiglia that is the last italian city before France, and I love liguria so much. In particular the towns that you visited. Sanremo, Dolceacqua, Bordighera, are threes of my fav places. I know, I've two beautiful homes and, belive me it's not easy love both!
