Q: Has Max been in any really dangerous situations trying to be a criminal and has Rudy had to help him out of any non ideal situations (legal or illegal)?

Short answer to the first part, no, not really! He likes to bend the truth a lot about situations he was in, but most criminal gangs and organisations in the area just acknowledge that he exists and leave him to do whatever bullshit hes on that week and don't really start anything with him (especially now Rudy's been hanging around with him lol) His main enemies are old ladies with little yappy dogs, as he hates dogs :')

and Rudy doesn't really witness a lot of what he gets up to, as he's a detective chief inspector meaning he has bigger fish to fry than Max most of the time. He did fish him out of a lake while out on a walk once before their relationship was more serious, which was lucky for Max as he's a terrible swimmer and too proud to ask just anyone for help! But any legal trouble Max gets into is on him, he doesn't get special treatment as Rudy is very professional Not that he manages to do anything that serious anyway!
