Hah. I can try
There's not much to talk about though. I believe most of the anatomical errors you did were made on purpose. I'd say though maybe put a little more shadings or texutre on the teeth, especially, but overall I think that kind of smooth feel to your paintings is good for your girl pics but on this I'd go deeper and try to make something a little more grungy, maybe some kind of burnt flesh feel like burst bubbles of skin and some kind of plaster-like textures in the eye sockets, maybe some scratchy-feel to the skull (notice how you've made some ripples in the jaw but nothing elsewhere, just a little bit on the forehead and it doesn't really make sense)
You should play with the cracks of the upper part of the skull, make the eye sockets less like hipster sunglasses. I think you could also try adding some white, some purples to balance your highlights/shadows... The background really annoys me though, it's so smooth, if you wanted to make something that smooth and minimalistic you shouldn't have gone with a black lining job nor some dark red colors for the sockets.
I really don't see what else I can say on this, I hope you'll appreciate
