He is legendary, so it compensates for the ease in which the hybrid mana can be paid. Finally, I like the trigger to his final effect but I don't like the effect itself. It's not green or black, it's red.
He's got some vinebred zombies behind him. Green and black are both reanimation colors. Perhaps an elf-only reanimation effect?

Also, it should read "Whenever a creature with a -1/-1 counter on it dies..."

erm... i sort of edited it already... not sure though if the zombie tokens should be "put into play" or "place onto the battlefield"

Gorgeous art by the way. I saw that you did it and I really appreciate that. Not a lot of MTG makers do their own art.

For the casting cost and abilities, five mana is too low. A standard Craw Wurm costs 6 and has the same stats, without any effects. As for the second effect, I don't see how that would fit the "perfection" that the Elves of Lorwyn seek. It seems like he's making an enemy of his own kind with it.

In my opinion, Craw Wurm is a weak card even for a common. This is coming from a guy who believes that pauper is one of the ways magic was meant to be played. That much bulk for so much mana still makes it a creature vulnerable to small removal cards like Terminate and Journey to Nowhere. Nath in particular is vulnerable to other copies of Nath, so this reinforces my point. The new baseline for that amount of power and toughness is Alpha Tyrranax at a 6/5, but honestly until the baseline reaches 6/6 for 6, they won't be playable at all. Usually variations of cards like Craw Wurm and Grizzly bears are a little more powerful. (See Yavimaya Wurm and Ashcoat Bear, respectively)
You also have to consider that there are cards like Ulamog's Crusher, who are really right on the curve for their mana cost. This is because as a mana cost becomes more restrictive, the card it is attached to becomes more powerful. It's also why Emrakul basically ends games if he lands on the battlefield.
My conclusion? This guy is Legendary, which discounts him by 1 colorless in my book (See Isamaru). The mana cost is accurate, and he trades the 2 toughness a 6/6 would have for his cost for 2 effects. The last effect still needs a little polish, though.
