my main criticism is the font, Its horrible to be honest. Not very clear, looks stretched, no proper kerning makes it feel cluttered, and I imagine it would become very hard to read over darker areas.
The recycle bin icon doesn't fit the theme at all, just looks like your have used the token recycle icon.
The overall theme is good, nice with the small task bar, the logon seems very flat, but well done with the media player. I think there is much improvement to be had, but a great base design to create something not just 'good' but something brilliant. Good luck with future work mate. (sorry if i have been to critical, but remember only critique and feedback from lots of sources will help you improve)

Looks good but the fonts are too big! Also, the font used on the clock is barely readable on darker backgrounds.

mmm strange!!!...there are differentes clock(lock,taskbar)...if you speak about the taskbar like other people YOU NOT READ the WELCOME SCREEN...in little words you can fix it by configurator...set the "colortext" with the rgb color you like and apply it!!!all DONE!!!
