Description
Well here it is, my FINAL design, let me break the color scheme down:

Skin is a medium shade of green.
Light side of hat is light green.
Mask is silver, eye on mask is glowing mint green, while the X on the eye is a generic black.
robe is white, with large X being black, with the interior robe being dark grey to black.
Wings are grey, diamonds on the wings are a glowing darker green, with the lines in the middle being black.
Derpy mouth is a dark red.
Feathers on hat are white and dark green
Those objects floating are his power constructs. They are a combination of dark green and white (these power constructs are optional when drawing him).
His back is plain white, the only thing on there are his wings sticking to the back like webs sorta.
