Let me just say that the background is so stunning! So awesome, and breathtaking that it practically stole the spotlight the magical Witch was on. Like the heavens themselves tore through the thick clouds, and angelic trumpets ringing across the land to signal the next great magician!
Her design is cute and energetic, her pose is dynamic, and exciting, just seeing her grip her hat like that tells me either she's in motion, or the wind howling is strong enough to risk blowing it away, but that confident smirk doesn't lie, it's screaming at anyone watching that: 'I got this!'

Not at all good art is good art, and besides I always considered magical girl to be it's own thing whether male or not, if you're gonna don the outfit and magic wand/staff, you're a magical girl
