A different approach yo my usual digital painting: based on a pictura I took, I converted it to B&W to get an idea of the levels, then started drawing over a 50& grey layer... and after that just adding shades and lights...Finally, reverted to the color photo and used them as a reference for a layer in "color" blend mode. That was so fast and effective! I hope you like it!
BTW: Trogons are so beautiful!
